Not the most important question I've ever asked but:
When some refs wave a yellow card at a player, they stop, write something down (probably name, number and crime). On the other hand, some refs show the yellow card and just carry on without taking any notes.
Why is this?
Does the 4th official make a record of yellows?
Do the refs that don't write anything down have incredible memories?
What gives?
