Wow, ars*nal really are imploding!

West Brom played exceptionally well, on their day their a tough team to take on, so physcial and big now - and they're really improving still...

Jake's made a huge difference to them.

Too early to celebrate le Arse's demise, suspect it was just Wenger once again getting his tactics wrong.

Not really Tactics, just abysmal defending.

I think it's both, he knows how WB play and the set-piece suckers and he simply kept to his possession at all costs approach..sometimes you have to trade space for possession..

Small Margins, ball goes in instead of hitting the bar then I imagine ars*nal go on to win.

Lets just make sure we take advantage again tomorrow and increase the gap to 9 and 5th to 7

Let's capitalise on this and win. All too often we've laughed at a rival loss or dropping points only for us to then fuck up tremendously.

Saying that, if we do win, we've got a nice big cushion starting to form between us and them. Going into the final 1/4 of the season this kind of margin gets harder and harder to claw back. We're in a strong position with the FA Cup as our only distraction - just like everyone else around us - so we have no excuses

Our last 5 league games are very hard

Leicester away
West Ham away
United home
ars*nal home
Hull Away

In some order.

We need to take advantage now before we get to those games.

There are 10 games left - a win tomorrow means ars*nal have to win the game in hand and 2 games more than us just to go level.

Finishing below them at this stage is unacceptable and would be a shambles

Until we finish above them I'm not saying a damn thing. We have blown a 12 point gap at this stage so them struggling doesn't mean anything.

If they do then then it's failure then and we see the new mentality we hear so much about is BS, It's that simple.

Well they have done since the 94/95 season so it's likely they will. We must get this monkey off our backs.

We lost at home to Saints last season. That was the last home game we have lost. Are we going to repeat past errors? We could finish the season at home (our last season at THE LANE) unbeaten. I can't remember the last time we did that. I can however remember the last time we finished above Le'arse. They were known as Woolwich Wanderers then as they had no French influence. Bruce Rioch was shown the door pretty quickly. Glenn Hoddle was busy recommending his Monaco manager to the Spurs hierarchy, telling (us) that he had a philosophy that would last a decade. We didn't listen but they did. We all know deep down that Wenger could have been our manager. We let him go to Woolwich. It could be his last season there, but had we listened to Glenn......
