Meant one of Italy/Portugal. Be stunned if neither of them do it with North Macedonia and that Turkey side that looked awful at the Euros, but I guess it's possible.

Yeah, it's actually quite good that there's real jeopardy in it if you mess up qualification? Definitely feel like some of the World Cup playoffs before have been slightly more lopsided games (although Italy cocked it last time too and lost to Sweden).

Well my prediction of Italy-Portugal being kept apart hasn't aged well.
I'm sure FIFA will be doing a full investigation into how this has been allowed to happen.

And...the draw is probably very good for both Wales and Scotland as it gives both a real chance of getting through. I wonder which Scottish player will try a Joe Jordan in Cardiff to get a decisive penalty?

Either way, it's not a world cup I'm desperately interested in.
