Wine of the moment.....

Recommend a nice wine atm and not too expensive; "Five Climates Cabernet Sauvignon".

Bnrock Station Sparkling Red (Yes Red) Shiraz was superb...but currently out of production although I hear they are thinking of a comeback...I still have one bottle left, so its ready for the meal this year!

Decent winery.

I can see you r a wino NR

Any way if they do start to reproduce this again ...at least try it...in fact Banrock Station, as 80 concurs is a good winery and the prices are most reasonable for a nice quality white or red....unless people are price snobs of course :7:

Always found Banrock dependable and was drinking it many years ago. They will like other producers hit on a special grape and vintage some years. Depending on weather etc.

I remember a limited release red years ago from South Africa, it was just dreamy. Velvet smooth and very fruity but rich too. I was ordering it over a few weeks for a Safeway store. It ran out and I bought the last few bottles. It was flying out. The next year, same producer, same wine, not a patch on the year before.

You can hit on a dependable wine but a very special one tends to be a quest.
