MAybe the refs watch did vibrate and the ref thought that the penalty had been and gone. But yeah... its a goal if it crossed the line imo

It didn't. You can clearly see it didn't. It's on the line.

Have seen many examples of this kind of thing happening in the past though, keeper saves, runs off celebrating and the ball spins back in. Goal is always given, correctly so. But this one ends up on the line.
