Peter Lloyd was talking about him at half time, but I only caught the last bit of what he was saying which was that he'll be sadly missed by Gills fans, particularly away games up and down the country.

He used to travel on the independent coaches to most away games. I knew him, but only for football. Mad for The Gills. RIP bro :-(

Not someone I got on with personally. But he certainly travelled to many many games over the years .May he rest in peace.

Yes he was. He was often at the ground entrances in Redfern Avenue on match days from about 1.30, often talking to the stewards and others there
