DJFRance on our crucial September fixtures and asking what players have been doing whilst others are on international duty?

JT has been in Portugal but he's back at bodymoor today . Can't see much wrong with that .
Bruce presumably has done the same .

If it was Big Sam in charge, he would have ordered them onto the beach. Very good at preparing players, Big Sam. This is a good moment to give the players a chance to relax and come back refreshed for the fight ahead.

Sorry, but this article betrays a total lack of understanding of what player management is about.

Nothing wrong with that at all. Bit of sun and relaxation does everyone good.

7 games in September so yes the lads needs to be fully charged and energised.
Very much a make or break month for us and especially steve Bruce .

Or he just shows a different opinion to yours? It hardly portrays a lack of understanding.

THey are only a few games in, do they need rest or match fitness? IF this was a few months in, I'd agree.

I don't have a strong opinion either way on this but you can be sure those on international duty were in training each day.

So half training and half not training (if that is the case, I've no idea what they have been doing)

After years of never missing the home games, but eventually being worn down,I booked a week`s holiday in Majorca leaving this saturday early in the morning,so I must admit I will be on the beach next week, missing both the Brentford game and the Boro game.
I ask for forgiveness and promise that never again shall i book a holiday before the fixture list is announced.

I've done the same this year two weeks in Florida in November , I miss two games had I booked the week before I'd have been in the international break and not missed a game . Never game International breaks a thought . :86:

Missing 2 games for a fortnight in Florida will be well worth it 57.
Missing 2 games for only 1 week in Majorca is a bit of shit timing, especially as we came back last friday from a week over there and never missed a game.
Oh well,It Is what it is.
