Someone will do it for you. The requirement is in or else I would have on average make 1,700 individual ammendments if every entry was different and i dont just have the time to do that.

Question for Barney if he's on here. As our resident math expert, what are the pure probabilities (leaving out skill factors such as accurately assessing a side and narrowing down where they are likely to finish) of getting e.g. 2, 6, 12 or 24 places spot on? Dang I hated probabilities when I was at school.

Completely at random?

All 24 would be 1/24! Which is 1/(24 x 23 x 22 down to x 3 x 2 x 1).

Which is 1 in 6.2 x 10^23.

Two places would be 1 in 24 x 23 or 552

Six places would be 24 x 23 x 22 x 21 x 20 x 19.

And so on.

Nice one Barney and thank you. More chance of winning Euro Millions than placing all 24 correctly.

SalfordImp was discussing the slim chances of picking a large number spot on before the Salford game, and that shows the difficulty randomly.

Thankfully we are all football experts and can improve upon the random probability significantly.
