Where do we need to strengthen?

With the transfer window soon set to close and the emergency loan window being abolished, Notts will soon have to go with what they have got. The business we do will doubtless be largely dictated by what happens to Izale McLeod, but what do you see as our current weaknesses that need strengthening?

If McLeod goes, I would definitely want to see another forward coming in. I also think we are short of options, and pace, on the wings. I don't know how far away Milsom and Curtis Thompson are from returning to full fitness as this will give us more competition for places. We seem to lack back up at left back at the minute.

It will be interesting to see what moves JS makes.
 
It will be interesting to see what happens if McLeod goes, especially if it is late in the day. There could be a frenzy of activity just before the deadline which certainly hasn't been the case over recent years at Notts.
 
Only going by radio and highlights so far this season. I think we need a pacey winger to get some excitement up, could Snjiders be the right man?
 
JS keeps putting Snijders on the bench but he isn't getting any further than that. He's certainly a different kind of winger to Rodman and he brings a bit of pace with him too. I hope he will get a chance from the bench soon but I wonder whether Campbell might be used more often out wide after what sounded like a good performance by him at Hartlepool.
 
Not impressed by Rodman but I suppose JS sees something in him.

Campbell is not a winger and cannot cross a ball or hit the net.
 
Rodman hasn't impressed me yet (only seen him a couple of times so far) and as likeable and hardworking as Campbell is, he so far seems to lack the quality required at this level. JS was raving about Campbell's Hartlepool performance though and seemed to suggest that he would start at Crawley so I will be interested to see how he plays as I would love him to prove me wrong.
