The court case today (Thursday) relates to the result of the appeal on the earlier Manchester judgement regarding the south stand. That is not expected to succeed but is pretty immaterial anyway as interim payment against it has already been made and the London judgement meant any residual amount would be cancelled by the much bigger London judgement. It will of course just mean more legal expenses awarded against O if he does lose another appeal :grins:
On the main case and the sale of O assets there are Indications on AVFTT that the orders for sale were confirmed on Tuesday and that O has 2 weeks to respond to those, although there would appear to be little or no grounds to delay them. At least some assets could go to auction within the next 4 weeks. Of course O's mystery investors could save the day!
