The quote is taken from the context of Lincoln losing. The post was just to point out that I should have put Friday, not Saturday (I have now edited it to say Friday).

I think most of us thought we could have played the Academy team for the rest of the season after the MK Dons game. Our immediate competition have demonstrated a habit of exploding (in one way or another) at critical points all season.
