I'm a qualified chef, but even if I wasn't I used to watch my mum cook, and copy, and cook for myself. If I didn't know how to cook something I would get her to write it down.

Now the internet has millions of simple recipes, stop being afraid of the stove and whip something up, there's not many rules to cooking, though I suggest you start by following recipes first and then experimenting.

I am married, we share the cooking, I'm better at it though, and I enjoy cooking, so why wouldn't I?
