What team would you like to start v Salford?

The ongoing thread about team selection seems to have gone down the route of what team it's thought MB will select. I suspect in many cases it would differ from what many fans would hope.

What team would you like to see put out v Salford?

My biggest change would be to give Harry Webster a chance at right back allowing Hutton to do what he does best.

Injuries affect any selections so I'm ruling out Turner, Little and Dack. Any of the others not currently 100% fit wouldn't be in my team anyway.

For me that leaves,

Ehmer
Masterson
Clark

Coleman
McKenzie
Hutton
Gbode

Nevitt
Andrews
 
Dradley - Can't see Andrew's lasting more than 30 minutes, and with J Williams only playing "part time" and Gbode not used to playing a full 90 minutes, I think your team would struggle.

Its the sort of game that could see someone like Jonny Williams thrown back in just on the basis our midfield has been so crap for weeks and he's not been that much involved. Don't get me wrong he's also been crap this season but it could happen.

Let’s go for it from the off and take off players when they are knackered rather than trying to rely on them to perform miracles with 15 minutes left.

I’d absolutely try Ogie in the holding role, he has pace, power, can run with the ball and pick a pass.

I like Shad, but i`m not sure he`s at his best out wide. IMO, whilst he`s not the finished article yet, he`s ideal for when it`s best to play 5 across the back. That`s not working out too well in our current set-up (squad) at present but then, nothing much is...

Would love to have seen an Aden Flint/Mickey Demetriou "type" alongside Masterson.
 
Don't think it will matter much who starts.

If pressed I'd say give Gbode and Andrews a go

I want to see changes but who and what is a tough one.

I'd like to see Gbode on the pitch - someone with a point to prove and someone who cares maybe. Unbelievably Bonner is questioning that in some players.

I'd say Nevitt and Andrews up top as its not going to be a good game with the weather so we need players where the ball will "stick" when its booted to them.

Its the conditions for Jonny Williams but if he plays at least we can play the jonny falls over game to keep us amused.

We need changes at the back as well but who is difficult.

I think if I were Bonner I'd ask the players who was up for it and who wants out the club in January. If we've got enough I'd choose the first lot.

Jonny W won't be playing as he can't stay on his feet on a normal day, let alone with 50mph winds. He'd be like a fucking weeble.
