What Old Friends Might We Meet Next Season

Better/fitter than who we currently have on the books (Doesn't mean they are brilliant!) - Taylor and Purrington.
Stockdale, James and Pringle would be good enough for our current squad. Raggett is too injury-prone. Some of the others are too old - although Warney does seem to like players who are very injury-prone or too old!:(

Also some of those listed who almost never score, will probably score against us - unmaked header at far post, or shot from a loose clearance out of our penalty area, with nobody bothering to close them down... unless there is a drastic change in how we defend

I'd originally added Kieran Agard but after research I saw that MK Dons had released him. He's thirty-one now but could he do us a job as a goal poacher?

His career seem to take a nosedive after leaving us. We were lucky to have him during a mainly injury-free spell in his career, which didn't seem to last much longer. Did well for us though.

Another we could be meeting is Ryan Williams who has signed a two-year deal with Oxford

Saw him play against us for Burton , away. Looked a bit past his "sell by date" even then. Wiles didn't let him get into the game, then he got fed up and started diving. We won with a goal from Wiles that hit the post, then deflected in off their keeper , but was credited as an own goal. Little Quinny was good for us when we had him on loan, although it was a long time ago!
