What are you cooking during lockdown?

Paella tomorrow, I think. French bread and a cold beer on the side.

Slow cooked braised lamb shanks with Moroccan spicing (ras-el-hanout, harissa, preserved lemon) was actually a bit meh yesterday, the spicing didn't really come through. Back to the reliable tagine recipe I usually follow!
 
A pretty boring gousto one for us tonight, basically a meat-free burger, chunky chips, pickled red cabbage and "Belgian mayo" (mayonnaise, tomato paste, paprika, oregano and cider vinegar). 6/10.
