Some fancy stuff on here, I'm more of a chuck it in a pan and burn it till it's really dead kind of guy. Or stick it in the oven and fuggeddaboutit.
I do have to say my Greek potatoes turned out rather nice the other day though.
Really nice spaghetti dish tonight. Chicken, bacon, garlic, mushrooms, tinned chopped tomatoes, double cream, harissa, red and orange peppers, red wine, Worcester sauce and chilli jam. Mrs E free styling....delicious, served with garlic bread and a bottle of merlot
