What are you cooking during lockdown?

Back to the thread after a hiatus, dodgy weather turns my mind back to food every time!

Thai tonight: chicken with basil and chillies, sweet and sour vegetables and sticky rice. White chocolate cheesecake with raspberry sauce to fill any theoretical gaps, rose wine with...

Back to the kitchen, getting ready for Christmas. Having had significant domestic success in November with Nigella's sticky gingerbread, time for another batch to take with me to Lincoln... Christmas cake wrapped in foil and anointed with brandy.

Beef and red pepper Thai curry and sticky rice for dinner tonight.

Leg of lamb to be enjoyed shortly with rosemary from a pot in the garden, roasties, roast parsnips, carrots peas and cauliflower cheese with a drop of Merlot to wash it down

Dur to some foresighted prep over the weekend, tomorrow's dinner will be a chicken, leek and mushroom pie in creamy cider gravy. Mash and veg alongside...
