What are you cooking during lockdown?

Didn't need breakfast or lunch today. Pork Schnitzel for supper with loads of veg: carrots, broccoli, yellow pepper and kale. Very tasty. For pudding finished off the salted caramel ice cream, with a chunk of meringue and a few blueberries.
 
Swordfish with garlicky tomato, red wine and olive sauce, new potatoes and peas tonight - feeling the need for a Mediterranean vibe after looking out of the window at a resolutely grey day.

Chilli tomorrow, I think, with refried beans and rice. Stewed plums with allspice and maple syrup (good chemistry!) for afters.
 
Something a bit different for us tonight…..I was given a brace of pheasants by a client yesterday, thankfully already dressed and skinned ( rather than plucked) so we made a casserole and included onion, carrots, sweet potato, parsnip, bacon and leeks plus bramley apples, veg stock and a bottle of cider. Very tasty, though the meat was a little dry it had a lovely flavour. Had roast potatoes with it.
