Wenger

The fans are offering him 'no love', the board are said to be finally convinced that they shouldn't be offering him a new deal..

He'll be another export to China :10:

I think he's doing a splendid job at the goons....... long may it continue.
Give him a new 10 year deal I say.

Le arse fans almost all believe without question that the last 10 years have been a wasted opportunity, most firmly believe they should have won more titles and not been perennial last 16 failures in the CL..

And I think Wenger wound up alot of them when he said that finishing Top 4 was the equivalent of winning a major trophy every season..

I would be happy to swap places with them.....

He is a stubborn old fecker. I'm convinced if he went back to basics like he did when he first arrived and played with a spine he would have won a few more titles. His obsession of tippy tappy football has held them back no question about it.

On the other hand we have never finished above them with him in charge so I hope he leaves.

seems this will be his last season.... most will appreciate what he did for the club... especially getting CL on an Aldi-budget whilst paying off the new stadium..... maybe a decade from now.

not a great fan of his football, way too brittle, but he did bring some class to the managerial ranks of the league, to balance up the Warnocks and Allardyces

All joking aside hes got to be a legend at theirs for sure.... before he arrived we were almost on a level with them.
He took them above and beyond and deserves better from their spoiled brat fans.
Still they are not a fickle as those chelshit mob remember them getting gates of 6000 back when they were shit.
At least the goons never stooped that low.

He should go on to pastures new. He went away from everything that made him successful.

To have that invincibles tag in the PL is incredible and may never be seen again.

He should manage at international level.

He is what Bill Nick was for us....he deserves more respect....

I think when he goes they will miss him badly.

Look at manure without Fergie, they were fighting for the title every single season under him, since he's gone they reckon top4 is a success.

I think you're right Big Chiv. I think they'll miss Wenger. I know they're not really making it at the moment but they're there or thereabouts. But hey! - why should I care? They'll not get a very good manager straight away, who's out there that could do the job? The Premiership is a hard place to be a successful manager. Wenger's been a good servant to their club.

I personally think Wenger is quite over-rated..

20yrs ago he inherited a great hinterland of local talent thriving in the inner-cities of Greater London... and he also was the only 1 then fishing in another great talent-pool of young French West African Origin athletes from the French leagues, as well as a few Gallic talents eg. Petit, Pires..

allied to there then being but ManUre as true rivals, pre-Abramovich, Abu Dhabi et al, the demise of Pud, and you had the perfect conditions for an average coach who just happen to have the inside-track on emerging French talent ad young black athletes in London, to thrive and prosper..

right place, right time, right and virtually exclusive connections to emerging talent from France and London..

but at least we had Sir Anthony from Port Vale to almost counteract the effects with..
