We all need to realise that footballers are just people.
Important to some, irrelevant to many but ordinary human beings that require protection from the virus the same as any other person.
NHS workers are a hundred times more important and have to risk themselves every day to save all of us but footballers do not need to take risks as although they provide entertainment for a few of us they are not that important to the majority of the population.
This season needs to be cancelled, the premier league allowed to go back to pre greedy times, the poorly paid staff protected, footballers protected but with wages slashed and start again when safe but on a totally different less money orientated basis.
