Bravo will certainly have a fight on his hands now. TBH it will do him some good.
 
Here's hoping he gets a warmer welcome than Bravo. I'm guessing he will because he's not replacing a club legend, he's replacing the guy who replaced the club legend.
 
Yes, and let's hope no-one on here gets on his case the first time he drops a clanger, which he's bound to sooner or later, they all do.
We must support him. I don't want to ever see again the kind of treatment Bravo came in for.

Talking of Bravo - I read somewhere today that Bravo could be off in the summer. I can't remember the club involved and I can't remember the source (useless I know).

Source is El Mercurio in Chile, club is Lille who are managed by Bravo's ex international coach Bielsa.

The report suggests it would be a loan which would surprise me if I'm honest, that would entail Bravo uprooting his young family again for a temporary move.

Well said :001: Welcome Ederson. I hope he adjusts to the PL quickly and doesn't get hung out to dry like Bravo. As BD has said, taking over from the guy who took over from Joe 'walks on water' Hart, might help but doubtless will have to put up with the media hanging the albatross of his fee around his neck and they will be quick to highlight any error. Not making a big fuss of his first save might help - Bravo's travails were not of his making.
