We are going to be relegated

Luck, or lack of, doesn't count for anything. People argue results were unlucky under Ange Vs Burnley, Sunderland, Swansea etc. We still got knocked out the cup and only 1 point from his 5 prem games.

Just like we still only got 2 points from 9 against relegation rivals, whilst giving 7 points the other way. Nobody adjusts those points based on "luck" at the end of the season.
Don’t disagree but people are trying to ‘adjust’ Dyche’s 22 points from 18 because ‘we didn’t deserve to win’ so go figure…

To paraphrase your point. Someone who can actually coach talent. Luiz shit, Kalimuendo, shit.

Since Luiz went to Villa, he's played three times and has received high 7 ratings, and played the majority of minutes in those games.
Kalimuendo has got player of the month for Eintracht Frankfurt.

McAtee played well in Europa, hasn't kicked a ball since. Is he crap?

But it's the players not playing for Dyche. Absolute, demonstrable bollocks
My mate reckoned Luiz was a poisoned chalice and that Villa would struggle with him back in the side. They've hardly set the world alight. He did very little for us.

McAtee has looked poor, but recently played well in one European game.

I have no idea why we didn't give Kalimuendo more games.

If pereira plays 3421 both Bakwa and Ndoye have played in the 4 as attacking wingback should we need them . Also my preferred 2 are Cho and MGW with hutch and Mcatee as subs

I believe that Dyche was on a trajectory to keep us up and as such was harshly seen to. I’ve calmed down now and as always the manager and club get my full support.

For all our sakes, pereira better keep us up, or there will be utter carnage on here. With all the best will in the world, if we go down the sacking of Dyche will come back into focus. The question will be asked . . . What if we had kept the faith with Dyche.

Luiz was an emergency signing by Villa due to Kamara, McGinn and Tielemans being out injured.

The Villa supporters I speak with reckon Luiz has been moderate at best, a pale shadow of the player they had a couple of seasons back, and he will not get near the side when the others are back from injury.

Everyone assumes Kalimuendo was sold on; could it have been possible that he wanted to leave?

McAtee has done nothing to warrant a place in the side; one good game in what was effectively a kick about doesnt do it for me.

They all had plenty of chances but have not been good enough and have no one to blame but themselves.

We had the cognoscenti bleating about not playing two wingers; we play two wingers and Hutchinson was embarrassingly bad.

What next?

Play three wingers?

And yes, its all down to the coaching.

Whoever coached Hutchinson and Anderson to take corners should be fired immediately.

Whoever the free kick coach is should be the next one out of the door.

You never know, Perreira might register as a player and take the corners himself.

And if we had kept him & gone down the question would have been what if we’d got rid along with the added question is he the right man to take us back up

Have you watched any of their games, Jock?

The fact that he has won the player of the month award speaks volumes for some of the rubbish he is playing with.

He has looked lively and scored a few, but he has not been great by any stretch of the imagination
i watched one - he scored a goal and for the rest of the game his general play was poor.

We’ll never know. Had he lost the dressing room, who knows ? If he had, then I’d feel more comfortable with this. Whatever the case, we need to look at losing Anderson, Murillo and MGW and mitigate the losses. Of course we won’t sell them if we don’t need to.

Bearing in mind the clusterfook that this season has been, it might be an idea to have a total reset and build around our younger players like Jesus, Hutch and maybe McAtee. Mcatee is maybe a controversial one, as he needs to develop into the player we hope he can be.

If we are to lose our top players, then we better get top dollar.

What do we make of the new Spurs guy? I'm getting the feeling they really are the team we need to gun for. I can't see their players being up for the fight down at the bottom with an interim coach. Or am I being too hopeful?

Think you're pretty much on the mark there.
Can't believe Spurs have got one I'd never even heard of.
Let's hope.
