Watford Away up first - Villa fixtures 2021/22

Fine margins but essential to get 12 points from the first 6 games, we all saw what a good start did last season.

Just checking the fixture list .
Yep. 38 games again. Equal amount home and away. And we will play all of the teams twice.

In theory, you are correct but in practice teams who don't get any points early on continue in that vein and are more often than not still at the bottom come May.
Burnley had an awful start last season and a decent finish but still never got above us who had a good start. Sheffield Utd Baggies and Fulham never recovered from bad starts

Yes but it doesn't matter who we play we still need those early points. The league is such that it is really difficult to say we will win that one, that group of games etc. Last season people were shitting it about our run of games just after the start. We ended up beating Leicester, dippers and arsenal in that run. Likewise our finish. Away at spuds and home to Chelsea - 2 wins .

Not one to predict but looking at the fixtures, being in the premier league, with how we have come on / changed under these owners, it makes me wee a little with excitement .
Bring it on ladies, bring it on

A fixture list is a rough guide to which weekends we are at home so we can sort of plan other things around the games. The exact day and KO time is always pending sadly
