Happy belated anniversary Tic! Hope you and Mrs Tic had a lovely day!
It ended up a very good win for us. Glad Sinclair got on the scoresheet as he had opportunities but his teammates didn't pass and that only frustrates him more. That's hopefully done him some good confidence level wise, that was one of his better performances off the bench.
The game fizzled out a bit once both Dembele and Edouard went off. Apparently Griffiths picked up a small injury during the week which is why he wasn't involved and BR had no intentions of playing both Dembele and Edouard but due to the state of the pitch, he thought we might need a more physical and direct approach. However, with Edouard going off and now being a doubt for the remainder of the season, Dembele had to be taken off to make sure he would be OK for our midweek game against Kilmarnock and then our final league game against Aberdeen and then of course we have the Cup Final against Motherwell. Griffiths should hopefully be back for some of those but we might also see young Aitchison getting a chance off the bench as well.
