Give me some examples of when Cooper inspired risk taking and innovation? He was F.A text book man. Chucked a few players under the bus or into the bomb squad because he didn't exude any leadership skills.

I think he was once described as the funny uncle.

Are we suggesting Cooper, who came to a team that was bottom of the Championship at their lowest possible point and picked them up for a miraculous promotion charge did so without any leadership qualities?

The guy who oversaw Forest staying in the EPL with a brand new team of players who had never met each other before? I don't suppose there was any leadership involved in bringing those guys together then.
