A Wise Man (once sat next to him)
I'm thinking of doing it a bit differently (save trolling for a start) and not naming all players, just the 3 or so who have the most votes.

The Fear - 8/5/2017 16:28

I'm thinking of doing it a bit differently (save trolling for a start) and not naming all players, just the 3 or so who have the most votes.

Makes sense.

I think we all know that Jedinak, Kodjia, Chester and maybe Hutton would be the top four, with Neil Taylor in the mix for the last third of the season.

Sad that it's mainly defensive players who are the stand-out (relatively speaking!) performers.

Agree with JPA; Kodjia, Jedinak, Chester and maybe Hutton are the main candidates

As for that list of MOTM I know some were obviously protest votes but seeing Westwood getting man of the match against Preston makes my blood boil,I was at that game he was beyond terrible

Kodjia it is then....

But has Hutton given more in terms of effort all season..... is it all about goals?

Without the 19 goals of Kodjia where would be? So Hutton has tried, he is Hutton and needs to be moved on.

Between jedinak and kodjia for me. Hutton was bang average until bree was signed then all of a sudden started playing like cafu lol. Jedinak and kodjia have been far more consistent and maybe you could include Chester in there but when jedinak didnt play the centre halves were vunerable

Still hurts picking a player of the season for a team that finished 13th in the Championship.

Yep - but it has to be Kodjia, it's been a while since we saw anyone hit 19 goals. It is hard to overlook Jedinak though. One thing is for sure nobody from anything to do with creative midfield gets even a sniff.

Taking the season as a whole, James Chester just pinches it from Mile Jedinak, for consistency of performance, for me.

Can't be anyone other than Kodjia or Jedinak. Kodjia for me though. Must have won us at least 20 points with his goals.
