Vital Desert Island Discs

So..... If you were on Desert Island Disc's what would be your six tracks to be played and which one track would be your track to take with you and why?
Not everyone would want the complete works of Shakespear or a Bible so which book and which luxury Item would you take with you?

1. Sancte Deus, Edward Elgar (Nimrod) Just love it.
2. The Width of a Circle, David Bowie. Everything in a single track.
3. Sugar Baby Love, The Rubettes. If you had to pick a song to typify the 70's this is it.
4. Hotel California, The Eagles. Brilliant song and guitar solo's
5. A Day in the Life, The Beatles. A reminder of a bygone age.
6. Shine on you Crazy Diamonds. Pink Floyd. Turn off the lights and drift away.

My book would be Adolph Hitler My part in his downfall by Spike Milligan.
My luxury Item would be a guitar, who know I may get better left alone.

Anyway the track I would take with me is "The Width of a Circle by Bowie"
This one track encompasses everything Bowie was to become....

I would probably take 'All That You Can't Leave Behind' - my favourite track by my favourite band, NEVER tire of hearing it. Although now I come to think of it, the acoustic version of 'Every Breaking Wave' by U2 is proper spine-tingling and might usurp 'All That...' if I could only ever listen to one song ever again.

OMG just 6 and only 1 book. I will get back to you on this. I am on an island right now, though it isn't a desert. I shall put my thinking cap on tomorrow whilst sunbathing on the sand, which is kind of like a small desert.

I think women should get more than 1 choice of luxury items. Have you seen our lotions and potions collections? Pick 1? OMG-has a meltdown just thinking of it
