I think all Vital Villans are as danvilla says, 'Villa'd out!' especially after the trauma of Saturday. However we've had a bloody good season of debate and I think if we were participating in a vital League we wouldn't need play offs...automatic promotion a cert! We all need a break and a good pre-season to come back in August fully refreshed and ready to debate in earnest again. Whatever happens over the next two months we'll be back, all desperately hoping/believing that it'll be third time lucky and the hurt we've experienced this weekend will seem like a distant memory....here's hoping!

With all this negativity understandably about at the moment, it is about time the club actually did something positive to try and lift fans and the club itself.
Be that confirming Bruce or adios Steve - anything to lift the spirits as its almost as if Villa Park is empty of staff and everyone is on holiday.
