Unless we've got a special arrangement, fee can be spread over contract. It's why we still owe Fulham for McCormack etc. As said it helps and ala Amavi/Sanchez we can bollock out on a factoring deal to get more upfront with a bank even if we lose out on the full sum.

So not to be sniffed at but not a silver bullet to our problems either.

sorry to dig this thread up, but id like to continue with the discussion. Gollini playing well for Atalanta and will be playing Champions League football next season. He has wrestled the number 1 spot from etrit berisha and made the position his own. really pleased for him!
