(Video) Man City Loan Watch & Season Review

Tudor

Vital Football Legend
During this season Manchester City loaned out 15 of its players, but who are they and how are they performing?

The majority will return to the Etihad for pre-season training, assessments and then decisions will be made on whether to send them back on loan, sell or terminate their contracts. One or two others were farmed out, on loan for more than 12-months and will remain with their current clubs.

The boys over at Blue Moon Rising TV concentrate on a small selection (15 would be far too many) and in doing so give us an update on their progress.

Video: Next Messi - Celtic & Man City Wonderkid

Patrick Roberts has taken the Scottish Premiership by storm since he left Manchester City on an 18-month loan deal to join Celtic at the beginning of 2016.

The 19-year-old Kingston-upon-Thames born right winger signed for the Citizens when he was just 16 from Fulham for an estimated transfer fee of £12 million.

Roberts is taking the footballing world by storm and some consider him to be the next Lionel Messi – really? Mind you, if City forked out such a huge sum for a kid he must have something about him.

Take a look and make up your own mind.

We only paid £5million for Roberts, it can potentially rise to £12million with add ons, that will only happen if he's a success with us.

Thought Roberts looked useful - and I'd forgotten about Unal, he also looked quite tidy.

Might be good if Denayer stuck around next season.
