Yesterday, Thursday 12 May 2016 Forbes published their list of the top 20 most valuable football clubs in the world for 2016, with the said magazine placing Manchester City in sixth position.
How is the list complied?
Clubs receive income from shirt and kit deals as well as sponsors and other local agreements. In addition, new television deals with the Premier League, like the three-year $7.9 billion agreement with Sky Sports and BT Sport that starts with the 2016/17 season will only enhance revenue.
