Increased use of High-tech to maximise vehicular flow. Maybe they`ll have a look at Operation Stack while they`re at it ! Whatever it is, it`ll probably involve cones, lots of cones.....
 
Isn't it just what Google does? Up to date traffic flow reports? They could have saved £15M as just ued Google maps lol
