Not necessarily. Decisions can be down to interpretation. But at least we should be satisfied that the referee has acted on correct information.

It must have been picked up cos the ref didn't see it. As they said on ITV, the VAR official should have told the ref to review it.

The Colombians harassed the referee for 2 minutes and 10 seconds after he gave our penalty. I'm sure this is a stalling tactic that will become the norm, once the penalty is taken it is too late for VAR to tell the ref they are reviewing
