VAR replays are set to be shown at Premier League grounds next season.......

...well nearly all Premier League grounds.

The two clubs that are unable to support the delivery of this to fans?

Apparently these two self-proclaimed mega clubs don't have any large screens in their decrepit stadiums. LOL.
