I don't know about anyone else but this is amazing psychology.

My son and I have been counting what people win with a shot off, what they lose with a shot on. At one point McIlroy lost the potential for $750,000 on one hole.

Enthralling stuff and easy to see why tension gets the better of players.

Im not a betting man but when Reed played on Thursday, I fancied him to win. Had the same feeling with Henrik Stenson before he won the open a couple of years back and I didn't bet on him either.

I don't play golf but always watch the masters, just seems to be something about watching them go around that course. I was hoping Rory would win but I guess he has plenty of time to try again.
