They are trying to play the same system as the first team.
After 12 games they are bottom of the table, and the players are struggling to adapt, with O’Leary saying they need more time, sounds familiar?

We're lacking quality in the under 23s now. We've used it all up. It's good knowing the philosophy and style is mirrored there at least. It should run through the club and the different age groups. It used to years ago (many) but we've lost our way in that respect. Good to see it returning but we need to be patient with it, it's going to take longer than we might have thought.
