It's a bit like watching the Southern US get hit by a snowstorm. The hysteria comes from the reporters not being able to deal with it.

Yes. When you don't have the infrastructure to cope it's difficult.

Said the same to my Mrs, every news or radio bulletin has some dopey reporter trying to make it sound like WW3 has broken out.
