There’s a testing centre in the car park of Farnham Hospital so I don’t know about that. It hasn’t got an A&E dept and I think it’s just outpatients so I don’t know if that makes a difference

Can't help but think that's mainly coz one area has Andy Burnham as it's mayor and the other has Jezza Hunt as its MP (possible rival to Boris in the Tory ranks and chair of the Commons Health Committee)
