TV series recommendations

Vital Champions League
Fellow Seasiders, busy setting up streaming device ATM and looking for good recommendations for series to watch (apart from the obviously Game of Thrones etc). Something well acted, not too many episodes and something with a bit of horror, sci-fi, thriller combined would be good.

Anything folks?
 
Mrs E watched Silo recently.
Said she thought it was OK.
Star Trek - Strange new worlds - good.
Have you watched the walking dead franchises?

Cheers Dave. Not watched any of the Walking Dead yet - don't think it would appeal to the Mrs.

Might give Silo a go though....
 
Walking dead is / has been a story that's still expanding.

Sci fi - have you seen Stranger Things?
World wide success and an excellent watch as is The last of us, based on the video game.
 
Just finished season one of The Lazarus Project (after a recommendation) and have to say it was a little disappointing with a lot of continuity, historical and ambiguous errors. Let's hope season two gets better.
 
Masters of the air is this seasons big winner for me.
WW2 flying fortresses out of East Anglia, showing us how the yanks single handedly won the war...

Walking Dead - those who lived.
No spoiler but watch it....

Tracker - not sure yet. 4 episodes in, already has an early renewal for S2 but with some longstanding yank series ending this year - Blue Bloods (gutted), Young Sheldon, SWAT there doesn't seem a lot of longevity in some of the new things on show.
