US Politics Thread

It seems to be one of those days.

Trump may want to buy Greenland - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-49367792

Trump's winning in Korea - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-49365771

Ah Israel - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-49363041

And I'm not sure WTF you file this under? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-49349794

That last article is like something out of The Onion. I really wonder how a dipshit like him got elected 9 times. Americans are a strange bunch.

I see he's just lost the Jewish vote, as well. He called them disloyal if they vote for the Dems. Moving an Embassy and recognising the Golan Heights doesn't mean every Jew loves you, Donnie. Jews are posting on twitter in great numbers, pointing out it's a democracy, and they ca vote for who they want.

The response from the danes?

"We have noted, however, that during the Trump regime pretty much everything in the United States, including its government, has most definitely been for sale."

"Denmark would be interested in purchasing the United States in its entirety, with the exception of its government,"

Although to be fair, he never really had the Jewish vote. But his crudely anti-semitic remarks have hammered a final nail in that particular coffin I would suggest.

Oh I know, but there was a feeling that due to some Democratic antipathy towards Israel, many Jews would turn to Trump. It was always a fantasy, but he's just started to realise how wrong he is.

Reality check for Trump: not all Jews support Israel.
