Travel By Hyperloop

Elon Musk's Hyperloop had it's first proof concept test today. They plan to shoot pods of people down these hyperloops at the speed of sound using magic and asteroid farts, or something.

They reckon it would take 30 minutes to travel from LA to San Francisco by Hyperloop.

That sounds great but wouldn't it be 30 minutes of people puking on each other in an oversized bean can due to all of the g forces and other scientific stuff?

The slow mo video of it was kinda defeating the purpose of showing the speed of the thing wasn't it?!

Interesting though BB

Hyperlook..... Not for the weak!

It does look amazing.

I read the other day that they will be using it for freight by next year.

I guess they will need plenty of testing before letting LA commuters on board.

It'll be a long time before it'll be implemented they already had difficulty trying to justify a high speed rail link between the cities never mind this thing.

It certainly does appear to be the answer to short/medium distance flight.
