The first one is Hawkins going to Bromley - no idea if its true or not

Also Fred on the other fans forum saying Birmingham are interested in Ogie, although even he thinks its not necessarily true.

My best mate is Head of Recruitment at Birmingham City. They see Ogie as the man to really make them tick in midfield.

Sounds barely believable but we’ve already turned down two bids in excess of £1.234M

Saw a post on the EFL Hub that Birmingham City along with Oxford United and Rotherham United were interested in Shad in the last window.

Must confess that if anyone came in with a half decent bid for Ogie I would be happy if we took it.

He frustrates me endlessly. Looks championship quality and then pub league standard, often within minutes of each other. I would much prefer a 7/10 every week, kick, bollock and bite centreback than a 9/10 one minute and 2/10 the next. Especially in the current situation.

On saying that I’d wish him well with thanks and would watch his career with interest.

Tend to agree with Rob on this one.
On his day Shad is an exciting player that can drive on from the back and cause all sort of problems for the opposition in their half and his tackling can also be sublime. His alter ego can mean mistimed tackles and cheap ball giveaways that lead to soft goals. Consistency is his problem.

Whilst I like Shad, I'd snatch an offer of £1.5mil for him!

He’s unlikely to play vs Gills then I guess?
Since his error for the Port Vale goal he hasn’t played since in the League. Hasn’t even been on the bench for the last four games. Had a start in the EFL Trophy game against Leyton Orient and made two errors for two goals.

A swap deal with Shad Ogie perhaps?

Reminds me of Nyron

Shad is young and strong and still learning. Don`t see any reason why, with the right continuing development, he couldn`t be a quality central defender in L1/Championship. If a higher league club sees Shad`s potential and is able to shape him into a consistently solid player then hopefully GFC will be looking at a decent fee (and sell-on). Whatever happens - good luck to him.

This may sound contentious but, personally, i`d rather see us play with a back four and a Masterson/Ogie pairing at its centre.
