To do with the club World Cup I think why it should affect that I don’t know as most coaches/ managers have very little to do with recruitment at top clubs these days, if it’s just for top players moving then as usual it’s the tail wagging the dog as clubs down the food chain have to see what’s available on loan before finalising any business it’s going to be chaos come sept 1st and it closes at 7again I believe instead of the usual 11
