Transfer hearsay..

How do you think the rest of the squad would feel about him being paid that much? Wouldn't do a lot for cohesion.
I genuinely don't care, it can't get any worse up top.

None of them are scoring so maybe they'd need to look at themselves? Or do we just keep lowering the standards because we've turned into a creche?

It's not just our non-scoring attacking players it would upset though. I don't disagree that we need a better strikeforce, particularly a number 9. I've never been sold on Solanke, we hugely overpaid for him, I want to see Muani get a run because he clearly showed potential but I think we might see a move for Vlahovic in January.

Can you imagine how much Muani is on, considering he's coming from PSG?

Ivan Toney has instructed his agents to find him a club from January so that he might still yet figure in Tuchel WC plans....The Spam are the ones who seemingly have responded the fastest and are prepared to meeting his sky high wage demands (said to be circa £300k .w) as long as they don't have to play the £15-20 mill loan fee his club are said to be asking for...

I can't see us trying to get involved in this, but I guess it all depends on our striker fitness situation..

I hope and pray you are right about Toney. He is one I do not want. We already have 3 permanent very average striker's we do not need another.
If I am in dream land I like ( this hurts) Nico Paz and Julian Alvarez . I have been watching Nico this season and his ceiling is very high. Julian is a very good and his numbers last season was good and this season he is carrying on. Now I know we will never get them but in world football there are not many decent strikers out there and every top club will be in for Nico.
At the beginning of the season I wanted Victor Osimhen , Nico Paz,and Carlos Baleba . I think that was doable now not so much

As a 6 month stop gap I'd take Toney.

He's a considerable step up from Richi

Kolo can work the left as well.

I'm telling you this all now, Tel will be a much better player than Muani will ever be. I ought to know, i've watched him more than i would care to mention unfortunately.
Hard to tell how good Muani is as he never got the ball played anywhere near him tonight, Tel, Odobert, Simons are the same too small and not good enough for the Premiership and I for one are totally fed up of projects and jam tomorrow as over the last 30 years, with the exception of a couple of seasons it’s not been good enough perfectly demonstrated by our record against Chelsea since the inception of the Premiership.

I've seen him go from promising youngster to promising international to promising this & that. He's 27 now. If he was ever going to make it it would've happened by now.

Let me put it this way, our strikers are being starved of service, the stats are there for all to see. We need to provide better service and the disconnect remains our MF.

Another Harry Kane would be a temporary fix for a more concerning issue. It's why i keep banging on about that special player we require in the centre of the park in order to provide that link. Of course the whole dynamic could be turned on its head with a system change but let's see what Frank will do first. I'm positive enough to believe he's capable of finding a solution.

It seems TF is aware of the problem, we need him to find a solution, I don't believe it is just down to a lack of quality players.

I'm with you SP, we need a, stronger midfield player, we've seen what the likes of Paulinha can do to shore up our defensive side, surely common sense dictates that a 'playmaker' in midfield will help and (for me) become the missing link we need.
Or are we hoping that we can bide our time until Kulu comes back to fill that roll.
Must admit I like the look of Vlahovic, he seems, built for the Premier league and is around the right age, at 20 mil in January may be worth a punt and send Mauni back or sell Richi.
