Tottenham Ladies win the league!

[Welshtel]

Spurs Ladies' dreams came true as they saved their greatest-ever achievement for a night of glory at White Hart Lane: the report on the Spurs website gave a glowing celebration to the Ladies who dominated the play over West Ham Ladies by a 4-0 win, which makes it all the more enjoyable.

I think it's an amazing achievement and I'm sure I express all our finest congratulations especially when we all so hope we can do the same. If we can do the same we will dominate the whole of the league. Now that would be an achievement.

But not to detract from such a great victory and to return to the thread, "EXCEEDINGLY WELL DONE AND WARMEST WISHES! I'm sure everyone in North London (the Spurs section of support anyway) wants to pass on their congratulations!

Great job done! You're a terrific example.

Women's football is becoming more and more popular and so the question I ask is....

Should VS cover the ladies game, THFC Ladies in particular?

Been following them all year on twitter, great humour, great commentary on games a great season.

Hopefully next season I'll get back to being able to catch a few games - for anyone tempted, Ladies football really is pretty good to watch now :-)

I've always had a soft spot for the women's since my daughter played relatively high level until injury took its toll. Great to the Spurs Ladies succeed... long may it continue!
