Does anyone else think this is the most unintuitive, ridiculously hard to use website on the planet?

Every naffing year it's a problem renewing m One Hotspur Memebrship. EVERY year.

They send me an email saying they want me to renew then when I go to renew it says nothing available for renewal.

Yep, like a lot of things at Spurs in the marketing and comms space it is amateur hour. The IT is not much better. It's like when you need to upload a photo to get your CRN to receive tickets. The workflow and technology means that newbies just have to raise cases.
