Torino Can't Afford Big Joe - What Next?

Torino coach Sinisa Mihajlovic:

"Hart wants to stay at Torino but we are all aware, both him and the club, we can't buy him. At the most we could take him on loan for another year but that depends on both Manchester City and him. We will need to know if Hart is going to be here next year because if he's not then we'll need to change the way we play."

I personally would bring him back home in a Hart-beat. After his years of service to our club I think he deserves a shot at Pep's system. I am absolutely sure the majority of our fans would be pleased.

Bring him back, i didn't want him to go in the first place and do not think Bravo is a better keeper.

I second that, he season at Torino will have made him a better goalkeeper in the form that PG likes, but can the two make up is another matter. The City fans will welcome JH back but wil he be prepared to fight for his place and not think he has a right to it in any circumstances

I do not know when JH's contract is up, but if he is on his final year then a loan is out of the question as he then becomes a free agent when he is worth a bob or two.

I think going out on loan will have gutted him and might have taken him down a peg or two, i think he would rather wait for his time at City than play regularly for a team that he has no real interest in as it was not his choice to play there.

Get him back to Eastlands!

Ok - it's not going to happen other than to pick up his salary and wash bag containing shampoo, conditioner and more shampoo.

Following a post season heart to Hart Pep will give him the brush off, like flicking a fleck of dandruff off a collar.

I would prefer 'Safe Hands' Hart over 'Quick Footed' Bravo.

Not because I don't think Bravo is a fantastically talented keeper (a snip at £15m) but because Joe is City in a way that Juliet never will be.

To get Joe back Pep has to get sacked in my view. I don't think Pep will be sacked, so JH will be sold this summer. He may well go to Liverpool and I have no issue with that, if JH wishes to return to the prem. One thing is for certain, we will have a new #1 keeper for next season because for what ever reasons Pep and Joe don't gell.

Or we might retain our current number one (whoever that is) :048:
Willy will go at the end of his contract. Bravo will stay as #2 and we will buy a better keeper than JH.

I do think we'll go in to the market for another keeper JK, someone that can play the way Pep wants to challenge Bravo. Hart will likely end up at West Ham imo.

Whilst on the subject I came across this about Bravo, apparently his baby daughter has been very ill since he arrived in Manchester, I'm sure this has had an impact on him so will plead again to cut him some slack

Our number one is a guessing game at the moment :008:
The goalkeeping position has to be sorted one way or the other .
I doubt we will see Joe between the sticks fo us again.
Bravo's reputation from his games for us is in tatters whatever way you look at it, so I can't see clubs in the U.K. rushing to buy him and I suspect the same will apply for big Willy though not for the same reason.
I would not be surprised to find out we have already got one lined up.

With the latest news re Bravo's family there are probably different viewpoints around now! :048:
