Tom Ince to Tranmere

from Watford, that runt always scores against the Millers!
meanwhile yet one more tumbleweed day at NYS.
The Tizer has a piece which might (or might not) explain some of the slow going. Apparently we still pay some or all the wages of the players we let go up until 1st August. It's some EFL regulation which is news to me.

Same rules for every other club, feeble excuse for us. I'm expecting somebody at RUFC to be repeating the old "We will still have a viable club, even if we get relegated" quote before long. Would the cost of one month's wages be enough to bankrupt the club?
"We are shopping at Harrods", but not until after 1st August? Given that the deadline is soon, it might have been better to keep quiet, to save embarrassment. This looks bad, even by L2 standards.

I'd never heard this 'rule' before either.
