Today's League One Match Thread (05/04/2021)

Gillingham, Oxford, MK Dons and Doncaster realistically out of contention now.

Looks like six from the top eight.

Four wins out of four for Mr Cowley and Mr Cowley.
 
So wins for Blackpool and Portsmouth drop us to 6th.

That said losses for Doncaster and Oxford and Ipswich held by bottom club Rochdale so we have a 3 point lead over 7th with at least 1 game in hand on those below us. Still in a decent place, but we still need to get back to picking up our own points.

Home to Blackpool on Saturday will be very tough though
 
Can't argue with that set of results.

Charlton have a horrible run in. Hopefully we won't play them till the last couple of weeks.
 
That's not a bad set of results today, if you accept that play offs are the best we can achieve now.

Ipswich drew; Gillingham, Doncaster, and Oxford losing all pretty well finishes their chances, Accrington's win at the last of those 3 keeps them just about in range but with a rubbish goal difference.

But Blackpool have hit form at the right time and anything for us on Saturday will be a good result, assuming it goes ahead.

Looking forward, the rearranged Charlton game, likely to be the last but one of the season, may be a play-off spot 6 pointer.
