"Pep Guardiola and the record summer spree could cost Manchester City the title"

http://www.eurosport.co.uk/football/premier-league/2016-2017/why-pep-guardiola-s-record-summer-spree-could-cost-manchester-city-the-title_sto5976248/story.shtml

What do you think Blues?

With Chelsea facing a run of fixtures that are eminently winnable they could enter the New Year with a solid lead on the chasing pack.

Something tells me that today's fixture could be as important to Leicester as is to City but for different reasons this season.

I think if KDB buries that sitter last week then that sensationalist bullsh1t never sees the light of day. I think if Anthony Taylor does his job properly that bullsh1t doesn't see the light of day.

It's funny how this vanity project that is Bravo can be voted by his fellow professionals to be amongst the 5 best keepers in the world yet these "journalists" castigate him as not being good enough.

Moments that change games - quite so BD. De Bruyne's miss is seared into my mind and I can still see it happening if I close my eyes (accompanied by my strangled cry of "Nooooooooooo" and the :017: ). The disbelief that engulfed me as I stood watching after Taylor froze when Luiz shouldered Agüero is a close second.

The Bravo debate is fascinating. I have been closely watching other keepers especially from the top sides and notice Lloris, Cech, Courtois are just as likely to try and play the ball out but the debate over the wisdom of doing so never, ever gets discussed. I wonder how well they would fare if they were exposed as Bravo has been at times by our porous defence.

Just a quick note on the Bravo situation, he has to have a settle defence in front of him and chopping and changing does not help a new goalkeeper.

Yes a major error by Tony Taylor, yet still allowed to ref premier matches this week, says it all about the rag and Friends infested FA.

I think we can allow KDB a miss, he has scored and assisted more goals than he has missed.

As for the article, absolute garbage, If we were European game free, we would be miles ahead in the league.

The personnel brought in are OK, younger and that sees the future Light Blue.

The only mistake I think was allowing Nasri to go, especially as Nasri himself before the season started was looking forward to playing under Pep and I think Pep had preconceived ideas about certain players, without actually giving them a chance to show.
